We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and on weekends by appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, so we offer 24/7 emergency services as well.

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, many of our services come with manufacturer warranties that we will honor.

We can provide materials for an additional fee, but many of our clients prefer to purchase materials themselves to save money.

 I generally charge by the hour, plus materials. I am glad to quote bigger projects, if a flat price is more suitable.
